pita chips
justin: start with small pitas. cut the circle in fourths and then cut the top off from the bottom. brush the pita pieces with olive oil and sprinkle with minced fresh garlic and dried oregano. put them in the oven. i havent's done this in a long time, so i can't recall the oven temperature, but i would try 350. take them out when the pita chips are starting to get brown. sprinkle with crumbled feta and serve to the adoring multitudes. please mail a bithday card to lynn today ro tomorrow. her birthday is monday. sorry you have a cold. would love to talk to you. please call again. love mom
