Long about eighth grade, when I started failing all those clases at Parker, my mother decided I needed a new shrink.I'd beento shrinks before, but never one that insisted on hugging me at the start and finish of every session.
Ted wasn't a shrink anyway, he was a rabbi.
and some religious figure, his primary goal for me was for me to learn that I could have the world by the balls. he certainly conducted me through george well,
especially since he'd been my mom's therapist at the time she married him. from what I gather, it was ted who urged mom that george was not too old. I celebrated my first passover with him.
